29 April 2026, as a member and hosting company, ETAP invited the MOIG Director to attend the Subcommittee Expertise Meeting, held to approve the assessment results of 50 engineers applying for various levels of expertise, ranging from Confirmed to Senior 3, in accordance with ETAP’s expertise system.

The meeting was attended by representatives from Human Resources, members of the Special Skills Committee, as well as representatives of the Basic Syndicate and the Joint Committee.

The MOIG Director participated in this meeting as a representative of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) discipline.

ETAP established its expertise promotion system in 1993 for its technical staff, with the aim of supporting and managing their professional careers. This system is specifically designed for engineers who do not pursue managerial positions, while also serving as a strong motivational tool that provides opportunities to enhance their skills and advance their careers.

The expertise system covers several disciplines, including Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Reservoir Geology, Reservoir Engineering, Project and Production Engineering, Drilling and Workover, and Operations Geology.
