Chairmain - NOC - Libya
Mahmoud Kamour is a Senior Advisor at NOC-Libya and has been MOIG’s Chairman since 2012. He graduated in 1977 from Tripoli University Bsc in Petroleum Engineering.

Member - ETAP - Tunisia
Hatem has over than 31 years experience in HSSE field. He holds an Engineer degree obtained in 1989 from the Algerian Petroleum Institute (IAP).

Malek Kallel is currently the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Manager at SEREPT. He is also a team member of SEREPT Emergency and Crisis Response.

Houcine has a master Degree in Geology applied to Environment from the Science Faculty of Tunis-Tunisia. He started his professional Career in ETAP Laboratories in 1995 as a chemical Engineer.
