Last Update 19/08/2021
Despite the current situation related to COVID-19, MOIG remains fully operational.
New strains of COVID-19 impacted Tunisia and several countries during the months of June-July 2021; thus led the Tunisian scientific committee to combat Coronavirus to take new decisions; in order to mitigate the spread of the virus.
Indeed, the scientific committee decided that:
- The curfew will now extend from 00:00 to 05:00 am throughout Tunisian territory, from 19 August 2021, until further notice;
- The family, private and public gathering and the assemblies in confined spaces will remain prohibited, except for vaccinated people (in open areas);
- All passengers coming to Tunisia; shall present during the registration; a PCR test whose duration does not exceed 72 Hours from the date of its realization, with an attestation to that effect. These same people shall make an obligatory containment of 10 days from the entry date to Tunisia;
- For the passengers whose are fully vaccinated, they have to present a vaccination certificate and are not requested to make the containment.
