05 November 2025, the Management Committee members are very delighted to welcome Tende Energy, a new member joined MOIG, based in Tunisia.
Tende Energy is an Africa-focused oil and gas development, production and exploration company, building a range of diversified producing and development assets.
The portfolio in Tunisia is currently:
- Bir Ben Tartar, Tataouine
- Cosmos Concession, in Gulf of Hammamet
- Baraka and Maamoura, in Gulf of Hammamet with their CPF in Tazarka
TENDE operates and owns 80% interest (ETAP 20%) in Cosmos Concession. Besides of Cosmos South discovery, the licence contains mapped but undrilled structures which provide a significant upside resources and provide the basis for a significant offshore development hub in Gulf of Hammamet.
