16 May 2024, a meeting was held between the MOIG Director and Mr. Badii Lakhdhar, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the “Bureau International Africain de Tunisie’ (BiAT.RH).

BiAT.RH is a specialzed firm on continuous training and support to Tunisian companies for setting up projects and development of programmes in the area of skills and human capital.

The main objective of this meeting was to see the possible ways of collaboration between the two institutions in order to promote training programmes aiming to the continuous improvement of oil spill preparedness and response capability in the Mediterranean region.

This meeting was also a good opportunity to present MOIG activities and events performed over the past years in cooperation with its members and technical partners.
